• The offer for sale is restricted to the items displayed in the brochures on the Website. The company reserves its right to remove, delete, add, alter, modify or discontinue any item or the entire brochure without any prior notice.
• An order will be deemed to have been accepted only after the full consideration is received by the company and credited to the bank account of the company.
• All orders are subject to availability in stock.
• The company will not be held liable for any costs, damages, or claims for extension of the delivery time.
• The products of the company are mostly handcrafted and minor and subtle variations will always occur from the product displayed in the brochures on the Website.
• The company shall have sole discretion to accept any offer from the customer to purchase a product.
• BIS Hallmark is NOT a separate certificate, it is an inscription made on the product. ORIENT JEWELLERS provide BIS Hallmark on 22, 18, 14 CARAT. As per BIS norms, 24 CARAT items can't be BIS hallmarked. Please check BIS WEBSITE for more information.

The payment gateway is already integrated with the website and the users can use the same for making any payment using their debit card/credit card/net banking/UPI and other wallets. All the orders through this website are accepted by the company subject to payment of the entire order amount.

The company has entered into an agreement with Blue Dart Express Limited one of the leading transportation and logistics company for delivery of its products throughout India. The company usually takes 30 (thirty) days to dispatch the product ordered and at present the shipping of all the products in the website is free.

To safeguard the interest of the customer for the goods ordered, the company shall arrange for transit insurance free of cost valid till its delivery.

Minor damages or deformations or deteriorations in the course of the delivery are not covered by transit insurance.

The customer on request shall provide all information and documents, as may be required, to assist the company to lodge and substantiate claims against the insurer in the event of a loss.

If either Party to this Agreement is prevented by any event or circumstances such as government action or inaction, war, serious fire, flood, typhoon, earthquake, other natural calamities, or any Act of GOD beyond its control, the time for the performance of this Agreement shall be extended by a period equal to the effect of such cause and neither Party shall be responsible for loss or damage due to the delay. The Party so prevented by such event or circumstances shall notify the other Party by telex, cable, or fax as soon as possible from the time of the occurrence of the force majeure.

The payment will be credited to the payment source.

Any and all questions of enforceability and interpretation which may arise under this Agreement shall be determined and governed by and in accordance with theprevalent laws of India. The parties agree that any dispute and controversy arising out of this agreement shall be exclusively determined by the Ld. Courts within the jurisdiction of Ld. District Judge at Uttar Dinajpur, Raiganj West Bengal.

Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.

The company reserves the right to change, modify, alter and/or substitute any or all the terms and conditions mentioned herein at any time and from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion and accord, without giving any prior notice and/or intimation to any person, including its customers.
