Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation will only be allowed if made within 48 Hours or before the item shipment whichever is earlier. No cancellation will be allowed after 48 Hours or after dispatching the product.

Customer can choose among three of the below mentioned options to get refund and will have to mail us mentioning the right option along with bank details i.e. Copy of Bank Passbook or Bank Statement if he/she choose a bank refund, mentioning the Order Id & Date.

  • Full refund of the same amount in Bank Account. (Please note that Bank Account should be in customer name)
  • A store Credit of the same amount ( Please note that customer has to inform by mail in which Store of Orient Jewellers he/she wants to get credit)
  • An e-commerce Credit of the same amount (Please note that customer has to inform by mail that he/she wants to get an e-commerce credit which he/she will able to adjust with next purchase through website only)
